Shit. Those were pretty good days. So to you people, who made that year so special. You Marcs, Adams, Pauls, Fayes, Ninis, Joe’s, Tag’s, Jons, Kikos, Maries, TJ’s, Kais…I’d just like to say thanks.
Fast forward today and it looks life is leading us to divergent paths for whater reasons, whether it be work, school, or relationships. Eatontown/Long Branch stopped being our main hangout, and Marc’s place seems to be heading that direction as well, but at least the memory is still there.
Even if we don’t talk or see each other for months, we ARE still friends. It’s NOT goodbye, it’s SO LONG. Don’t let time or geography say otherwise.
pick up your phone and text messages. asshole. then you wouldnt of had to post this blog. <3 ;)
Maybe if you pretended I was alive at least Joshua!!!! WTF!! My bday is coming up and if i don’t see you I’m gonna kick your ass =(
Memories of this still come to mind each day. A time when we all seemed quite inseparable, where our schedules neither conflicted with our other lives, we had time for each other. Those summer nights, music blasting and screaming songs at the top of our lungs outside the car window, we lose our voices. Screaming at parties and being totally obnoxious. Fist pumping and Dancing looking like a total idiot, but it was okay, i was having fun and so were all of you. Staying up late and asking questions like “I CAN’T BELIEVE WE ARE DOING THIS” or “ARE WE REALLY GOING (undecided destination)”
No matter where i went, it was the people who made it most fun. Especially since the move to Georgia,I haven’t missed my friends even more! A year of fun with plenty of laughs and good times that keep me going strong to this day. As the pressures of life is causing us to diverge in different directions, like the continents of the world, there is no denying we were one.
